Here's my opinion:
Crunchy, slight buttery flavor
Tastes nothing like a noodle
BUT IS JUST AS FUN TO EAT!!!
Real quick before I go...
Updates on the current me, life after my first competition:
I'm aliiiiive!!! lol I'm steadily maintaining at 12lbs post contest weight, which I hear is good/normal. But I feel large and in charge, and I feel like I'm still weighing 169lbs. Guess the rumors are true - you look way better than you did before, but somehow it's just not good enough. I'm not obsessed with working out or eating 100%, so I only have myself to blame. I know if I want to see more changes, I have to work hard like I did for 105 days straight. Maybe I'll get there, but for now, I'm in an odd medium. Most days I'm ok with it, other days I can't stand it. It's the little things, like these pants that are falling off my hips right now, or random people telling me I'm maintaining well. Only time will tell!!!!

I have always wanted to make this...just never got off my butt to do it. So, what's the secret? What kind of squash and how to make?? I know a fork is involved...lol...
You are maintaning great!! YOu should be very proud! I am only 12 lbs up on contest weight but that's a lot more on my short frame. you look fab!!
how do you make the spaghetti squash?
I LOVE spaghetti squash! Have you ever tried Shirataki Noodles? They are the BOMB! ( I know, threw out an old school word there :)
12 lbs seems like a reasonable weight to be at post comp. You were almost invisible when you turned sideways! lol. So....I am sure the 12 lbs looks great on you.
The spaghetti squash looks amazing! I made it once and it turned out to be so mushy. Not spaghetti like at all. I haven't tried since!
You've got to be proud of yourself girl. I think maintaining weight is harder than losing it. It's hard to find that balance. Be proud of yourself :)
